At BD Envision Lab (E-Lab), we are committed to delivering high-quality software development, digital marketing and technology solutions tailored to our clients’ business needs. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be considered for our services.
1. General Policy
All payments made to BD Envision Lab are considered payments for professional services, technical expertise, project planning, software development, marketing execution and digital solutions.
Because our services are customized, time-based and resource-intensive, most payments are non-refundable once project work, development or campaign execution has started.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under specific circumstances, including:
When a duplicate payment or accidental transaction has occurred.
When a project has not been initiated within the agreed timeline without valid explanation from BD Envision Lab.
When we are unable to deliver the agreed service according to the written proposal or contract.
When technical or billing errors result in incorrect charges.
Refund approval is subject to internal review and verification.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for completed or partially completed work, including but not limited to software development, UI/UX design, website development, branding, SEO services, paid advertising campaigns, social media management, consultation sessions, strategy planning, digital assets, research work or marketing execution.
No refunds will be issued for domain registration, hosting services, third-party subscriptions, API services, advertising budgets or external platform fees once purchased or activated.
Payments for milestone-based projects are non-refundable after the milestone has been approved or delivered.
4. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project through written notice. If cancellation occurs before work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing costs.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, charges will apply for the work completed, hours invested and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.
BD Envision Lab reserves the right to cancel or refuse services in cases involving abusive behavior, illegal activities, policy violations or failure to provide required project information.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to:

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the issue or transaction date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
6. Third-Party Services & Charges
BD Envision Lab is not responsible for refunding costs related to third-party services including hosting providers, advertising platforms, payment gateways, software licenses or cloud services.
Any refunds related to third-party tools or subscriptions are subject to the policies of those providers.
7. Limitation of Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service directly affected. BD Envision Lab is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, missed profits or external platform performance issues.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding payments or refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication and negotiation.
If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Bangladesh.
9. Policy Updates
BD Envision Lab reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
